FAQ's

I’d love to sell By Caroline Ann in my store. How do we make that happen?

Hooray! I’m looking forward to seeing my products in your store, and happy to answer any questions along the way. Please email me at caroline@bycarolineann.com or order through Faire to get the process started.

What are your payment terms?

Orders must be paid in full through Faire before anything is shipped or processed. This is to ensure the best experience for both my business and my customers. Your understanding is very much appreciated.

I placed my order...Now when will I have it in my hands?

I know, you can't wait to receive your By Caroline Ann goodies! Orders are shipped out in the blink of an eye - usually within 3 business days, sometimes sooner. After shipment, your package should arrive via USPS Priority Mail within 3-4 business days. If there happens to be a set back for any reason that will be communicated ASAP.

Do you have minimums?

There is a $125 opening order minimum, and $75 reorder minimum. I know you’ll fall in love with these paper products and want to order more next time!

Do you accept returns?

I can’t imagine that you would seriously want to return anything, but if something arrives damaged please reach out asap. I do offer replacements of damaged items. Please eamil over a picture of the damage so I can file a claim with the mail carrier. My bottom line is: if you're not happy, I'm not happy, and I would love to make it right. Returns and exchanges accepted at buyer’s expense with a 20% restocking fee.
