Shipping
All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days or by retailer requested ship date. Shipments are sent either via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
Payment
Orders must be paid in full prior to shipment, to ensure the best experience for both my business and my customers. All major credit cards are accepted.
Returns
We do not accept returns with the exception of damaged or incorrect orders. Any damage/packing oversight must be reported within 5 business days of receiving order. Products must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
We ask that any cancellations or changes be made within one business day of ordering.
