I'm here to add the party back in to your invitations! With my experience, creativity, and expertise, we can make the wedding process fun again, while saving you time and effort. I'll help make sure your wedding invitations reflect your colors, flowers, venue, & love story, as we create a meaningful keepsake that lasts beyond your big day.
The Invitation Process
Please note that the minimum investment for custom wedding invitations is $3,800 for a 5-piece invitation suite, which includes hand-painted artwork, professional grade materials, unlimited revisions, and full assembly & mailing. Most By Caroline Ann couples spend an average of $5-6,000 after embellishments.

Here's how we'll get the party started by creating your dream wedding invitations:
1. Inquire through the online contact form here. (It's super brief, I promise!) All I need from you is your basic contact info & wedding date. After you submit, keep an eye on your inbox where I'll respond in 1-2 days.
2. I'll connect to learn more about your vision and needs. This is the fun part: we get to talk about what you've been dreaming about for your wedding invitations, from Pinterest boards to color palettes! Or, if you're unsure on your vision, we'll work together to think through some initial ideas. Questions? Check out these FAQs.
3. Receive a free pricing proposal & design board to review before booking. I'll provide a custom quote of three different packages for you to review, so you can choose the one that best fits your needs. Plus, you'll get to look over a gorgeous design board complete with a color palette and your personalized aesthetic for invitations.

Save the Dates
If you book early enough, Iād love to design your save the dates! The save the date sets the stage for your invitation suite, and makes sure your colors & style look beautifully cohesive throughout your whole wedding stationery suite.

Invitation Embellishments
Colorful wax seals, hand calligraphy addressing, & watercolor envelope liners are all options that can be added to your wedding suite. My favorite? Envelope liners! Add your custom venue illustration for a unique touch.

Day-Of Goods
Want to take it up a notch? Add on day-of paper goods to help keep the party going. I offer everything from signature drink signs to menus to programs to place cards. All customizable with colorful watercolor artwork from your wedding invitations!
Watercolor Maps
One of my most popular offerings, maps bring a touch of practicality along with the fun. I paint each illustration by hand, and design a colorful, personalized map that gives your guests the perfect reference point of where events are happening while also highlighting the places that matter to you! Fun locations to consider can include where you got engaged, where you said I love you for the first time, or special sights around town.
